Prior sales (including realtor), customer service, and/or cleaning experience preferred!

Benefits & Pay

Earn $720 to $1,000 per week paid weekly if performance goals are met. This position will begin with hourly pay with the intent of converting to salary with bonuses for the right candidate based on your ability to WOW/DELIGHT customers with your professionalism, ability to connect, mastery of our sales process, and ability to convert warm leads to sales.

·       Direct deposit

·       Earn 6 days of paid time off after 1 year of service.

·       Earn 10 days of paid time off after 3 years of service.

As an estimator, you will be responsible for:

• Price quotes to sell Molly Maid cleaning services – Meet with warm leads in their home, virtually, and over the phone.

• Communicate with customers in a friendly, positive, and professional manner – Our team members love our customers, and you will too. Show them you care about their home. Make a connection and you’ll win.

• Close the loop on any open estimates/sales – We believe the personal relationship is important and that starts with you, the sales estimator.

Job Requirements

Minimum requirements to be considered for this Sales Estimator position.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States

• Willing to complete a background check

• Willing to submit to drug and alcohol testing

• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record

• You are available to work Monday through Friday 7am to 6pm and weekends/holidays when needed

• Willing and able to clean houses (including toilets) do laundry and wash dishes

• The ability to competently and effectively perform all office functions
