Compensation & Earning Potential

Hourly Pay: $17.00–$22.00

We offer a guaranteed minimum hourly wage of $17.00, with opportunities for increased earnings based on performance, productivity, and cleaning quality.

At $22 per hour, a 40-hour workweek provides $880 in gross base pay, before taxes, tips, or bonuses.

Additional earning opportunities include customer tips, performance incentives, employee referral bonuses, and Team Lead positions.

Actual weekly earnings depend on hours worked, performance, and eligibility for incentives.

Your Responsibilities

As a House Cleaning Professional, you'll work with your team to provide exceptional residential cleaning services throughout Central Nassau County.

Your duties will include:

• Clean and maintain customers' homes according to Molly Maid's professional standards.
• Perform dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathroom cleaning, kitchen cleaning, and general housekeeping.
• Work efficiently with your team to complete scheduled appointments.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service.
• Properly maintain cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Deliver consistent, high-quality results that keep customers coming back.

Team Lead Opportunities

Employees with a valid driver's license may qualify for Team Lead positions with additional earning potential.

Team Leads help coordinate daily assignments, safely operate company vehicles, and support their cleaning teams.

Job Requirements

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to successfully complete a background check.
• Physically capable of performing residential cleaning duties.
• Available for daytime shifts, generally between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
• Available for rotating Saturday assignments.
• Able to communicate effectively with customers and coworkers.
• Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply.
• Valid driver's license preferred for Team Lead positions.
