Job Summary: We’re hiring Home Service Professionals to join our cleaning team! Compensation & Benefits:

  • Team Lead/Driver Pay: $14–$18/hour, paid weekly
  • Full-time, No nights. No weekends.
  • Paid training and opportunities for advancement.
  • Company vehicle provided for drivers during work hours.
  • All cleaning supplies and equipment provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform various home cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and polishing.
  • Ensure all rooms are cleaned and maintained to company standards.
  • Handle customer requests and feedback professionally and with care.
  • Notify office staff of any damages, supply needs, or unusual circumstances at the job site.
  • Follow all company safety protocols and cleaning procedures.
  • Keep cleaning supplies and equipment in good condition.
  • Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude throughout the workday.
  • For Team Leads: Drive company vehicle, manage daily cleaning route, and oversee quality assurance.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical cleaning tasks for extended periods.
  • Strong work ethic and reliability.
  • Attention to detail and pride in your work.
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic understanding of English (Spanish-speaking team members welcome!).
  • Valid driver’s license, with at least 3 years of driving experience.
  • Minimum age of 21 (to drive the company vehicle).

Preferred:

  • Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience.
  • Customer service experience is a plus.
