Pay & Benefits
- $16.00–$25.00 per hour, depending on experience and performance

- Team leads who can drive a company vehicle may be eligible for higher pay rates

What You’ll Do
- Clean customers’ homes using our proven system and standards
- Provide friendly, professional communication with customers and teammates
- Work as part of a team to deliver high-quality service
Team Lead Responsibilities (if applicable)
- Drive company vehicle to customer locations
- Ensure team stays on schedule
- Maintain basic equipment and supplies

- Ability to perform physical tasks (standing, bending, lifting, etc.)
Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to pass a background check
- Available Monday–Friday, approximately 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
- Valid driver’s license required for team lead positions
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers in English (additional languages are a plus)
