Outside Sales Representative – Residential & Commercial Cleaning

We’re looking for a motivated, confident, and self-driven Outside Sales Representative to help grow our recurring residential and commercial cleaning business throughout the Jacksonville / St. Johns / St. Augustine area.

This is a flexible, performance-based sales opportunity for an experienced salesperson who enjoys finding their own opportunities, building relationships, and closing new business.

There are no set office hours. You can work from home, in the field, or wherever you are most productive. This position is focused solely on sales — prospecting, calling, meeting with potential customers, scheduling estimates, and growing our recurring customer base.

What You’ll Do

• Develop new residential and commercial cleaning accounts
• Make outbound sales calls and conduct in-person prospecting
• Prospect local businesses, homeowners, property managers, and other decision-makers
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Schedule estimates and follow up consistently with prospects
• Develop and manage your own sales pipeline
• Identify new sales opportunities and turn them into recurring accounts
• Help grow our recurring residential and commercial customer base

What We’re Looking For

Strong sales experience is REQUIRED — minimum 1 year.

• Confident and comfortable with cold calling and in-person sales
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven
• Professional and personable
• An excellent communicator
• Organized, efficient, and persistent with follow-up
• Comfortable working independently without set office hours
• Reliable and dependable
• Experienced in outside sales, B2B sales, service sales, or business development
• Comfortable speaking with business owners, homeowners, property managers, and decision-makers
• Equipped with reliable transportation and a working phone

Compensation

Commission-based with strong earning potential.

Your income is directly tied to the new recurring revenue you generate, and there is NO CAP on commissions.

We provide the Molly Maid sales materials, training, and support you need to succeed. Business-related travel expenses may be covered according to company policy.
