In-Home Estimator
Job Description
We are looking for our next In-Home Estimator!
As an In-Home Estimator for Molly Maid, you are a key team member in upholding our commitment to our
customers. This position is right for you if you are self-motivated, thrive in a fast-moving environment and enjoy
nurturing customer relationships and/or sales.
Your main responsibility is meeting our customers at their homes, preparing an In-Home Estimate and
selling the value of Molly Maid cleaning services. Our leads are generated through advertising
and proven sales tools including customer online bookings.
This is a full-time job between 40-45 hours per week. We are Monday through Friday with family friendly hours.
There is typically one evening per week.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Meet with customers to estimate cost of jobs and services
- Prepare accurate customer estimate sheets a provide detailed follow-up
- Inventory and order supplies
- Seek to continuously improve and develop sales skills
- Follow-up on customer leads
- Answer inbound customer calls in order to assist with their needs
- Work with office staff each day to tackle daily tasks and goals
Job Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Valid Driver’s License
- Detail-oriented
- Professional appearance
- Team player who can work independently
Benefits & Pay
- Pay is $17-$18 per hour PLUS Bonus. Bonus potential $100 - $300 per week.
