Pay and benefits

  • $15 per hour guaranteed, with earning potential up to $20 per hour.
  • Employees average $550–$1,000 per week, plus tips, bonuses, and incentives.
  • Weekly pay and consistent, full-time work.
  • Paid holidays and paid time off.
  • An insured company car during work hours—no gas costs or wear and tear on your own vehicle.
  • All cleaning supplies and equipment provided.

Schedule

  • Primarily Monday–Friday, with minimal nights and weekends.
  • Work begins at 8:00 a.m. and continues until all assigned work is completed.
  • Finishing times vary based on the day’s cleaning schedule.

What you’ll do

  • Clean customers’ homes thoroughly using Molly Maid’s cleaning methods.
  • Work with your team to complete each day’s assigned homes.
  • Pay attention to the details that make a home look and feel clean.
  • Treat customers, their homes, and your teammates with care and respect.

What you’ll need
