What You Need to Get Started

• Valid driver’s license
• Age 18+
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Reliable transportation to the office (we provide the car for your cleanings!)
• Able to move around comfortably—mopping, vacuuming, bending, reaching
• Available Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm, Occasional Saturdays as needed.
• Social Security card
• Strong work ethic & good common sense!

What You’ll Do

• As a Partner - Make customers smile by cleaning their homes using the Molly Maid system
• Be friendly, positive, and professional
• As a Team Leader: drive the team vehicle, manage the day’s schedule, clock in/out, read notes, collect payments, and keep supplies stocked
