PAY & BENEFITS

·       Competitive hourly pay: $13 to $20/hour, paid weekly which translates to $550 to $800+/week

What You’ll Do

  • Clean customers’ homes according to Molly Maid standards and processes
  • Work as part of a team delivering high-quality, reliable home cleaning services
  • Communicate with customers in a friendly, professional, and respectful manner
  • Take pride in your work and help create a positive experience in every home
  • Earn tips for providing excellent service

Additional Responsibilities for Team Leads (Driving Role)

  • Safely drive the company vehicle and manage the daily team schedule
  • Ensure cleaning supplies and equipment are stocked and properly maintained
  • Support team members and help keep the day running smoothly

Job Requirements

  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Physically able to perform cleaning tasks such as mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and reaching overhead
  • Available to work daytime hours 7:45 AM to approximately 4 PM, Monday through Friday
  • Ability to communicate with customers
