Molly Maid of Greater Kansas City is hiring full-time House Cleaners / Housekeepers. No experience is required — we will train you using our proven cleaning system.

Pay & Benefits

• $16.00–$19.00 per hour based on performance
• Most employees work 32–38 hours per week
• Weekly pay
• Tips for great service
• Earn up to 5 days paid time off per year
• Earn 1 sick day earned for every 8 weeks worked

What You’ll Do

• Clean customer homes following MOLLY MAID standards
• Work as part of a team
• Provide friendly, professional customer service
• Follow a proven cleaning system
• Help create a positive experience for customers

Some team members may also:

• Drive company vehicles
• Help manage daily routes
• Assist with equipment organization

Requirements

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check
• Physically able to clean, bend, lift, and work overhead
• Available Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm
• Valid driver’s license
