Pay & Benefits

Weekly earnings typically range from:

$500 – $1,000 per week

Your pay is based on:

• Experience
• Quality of work
• Efficiency and productivity

Additional earnings opportunities available for team members who:

What You’ll Do

You’ll work as part of a two-person professional cleaning team helping families maintain clean, comfortable homes.

Responsibilities include:

• Cleaning customer homes using the Molly Maid system
• Vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces
• Delivering excellent customer service
• Working efficiently as part of a team
• Taking pride in detailed, high-quality work

Team members who demonstrate reliability and leadership may grow into Route Leader roles, which include:

• Driving the company vehicle
• Managing the daily route schedule
• Maintaining equipment and supplies
• Supporting team productivity and quality

Job Requirements

To be considered for this position:

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Must pass a background check
• Must be able to perform physical cleaning tasks (vacuuming, mopping, lifting, reaching)
• Must be available Monday through Friday, approximately 7:30am – 6:00pm
• Bilingual preferred but not required
• Valid driver’s license preferred (for team leader opportunities)
