Experience in caregiving, housekeeping, home health aide work, hospitality, or cleaning services is a big plus, but not required!

  • Competitive pay: $15–19 / hour (paid weekly)

SCHEDULE & WORK-LIFE BALANCE

  • No nights, weekends, or holidays
  • Consistent daytime hours from 7:45am - 4:30pm
  • Flexible part-time to full-time hours (20–35 per week) 

You’ll provide professional housekeeping services by following Molly Maid’s proven cleaning processes to help families enjoy their homes.

  • Work as part of a team delivering high-quality, reliable home cleaning services
  • Communicate with customers in a friendly, professional, and respectful manner

Additional Responsibilities for Team Leads (Driving Role)

  • Safely drive the company vehicle and manage the daily team schedule
  • Ensure cleaning supplies and equipment are stocked and properly maintained
  • Support team members and help keep the day running smoothly

Job Requirements

  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to perform physical cleaning tasks (lifting, bending, reaching)
  • Available to work daytime hours 7:30 am - 4:30pm, Monday through Friday
  • Ability to communicate with customers
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Clear background check
  • Valid drivers license and clear driving record
