As a Field Manager / Quality Training / Field Sales Representative, you are a key team member in upholding a commitment to customer satisfaction, consistent best-in-class service delivery and professionalism. Molly Maid is seeking the right bilingual candidate to take the lead role in Service Professional management, coaching, training, development, and field quality inspections. Expanded role also includes performing on-site home or business estimates to sell the value of Molly Maid and set proper customer expectations.

Your Responsibilities as Molly Maid Professional
- Integral member of the Leadership Team - You will be a trusted member of the leadership team responsible for synergizing the opportunities and challenges of the Home Service Professionals, with; 1) the scheduling, efficiency and revenue generation objectives of the Operations Team, and 2) business growth, employee morale and the reputation of the brand & business.
- Field Training and Quality Inspections - Conduct in-house and field training to ensure that all Home Service Professionals are delivering high quality and consistent services. Random quality inspections to identify and resolve process and individual improvement opportunities.
- Maximizing efficiencies for the Service Professionals - You’ll be partners with the Service Professionals to assist in removing barriers to their success, foster the teamwork required for high performing organizations and provide coaching and support where needed.
- Conduct In-Field Estimations - You’ll communicate with customers at their home or business to guide them through the Molly Maid service offerings, value proposition, assist with managing their expectations and secure the business.
- Create Life-Long Customers - Create a partnership with our customers by delivering a great experience that wows every customer. You will follow the Molly Maid Way - a repeatable process that makes it easy to impress the customer every time.

To Succeed in this Role
- Excellent bilingual communication skills, founded on kindness, empathy and a positive attitude
- Bilingual skills include both verbal & written
- Be a self-starter, can multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Independent work skills
- Strong Work Ethic and Team Player
- Ability to conduct/create training curriculum, standardized checklists, field audits
- Deliver solutions with strong sales closing skills
- Be highly organized and detail oriented
- Have computer experience and working with MSOffice suite
Job Requirements
These are the minimum requirements to be considered for this position.
- Live within a reasonable commute of the Stuart office location.
- 2+ years of experience in Training or Quality Inspections / Processes standardization.
- 2+ years of experience in leadership or team management.
- Solving problems and conflict resolution must come easily to you
- Professional communication and phone sales skills
- Using a script and be comfortable answering phones.
- Previous cleaning experience and/or working knowledge with CRM’s a PLUS

Job Requirements
Minimum requirements to be considered for this position.
- Bilingual (Spanish-English)
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Complete a background check
- You are available to work Monday through Friday during the day, 8am to 5pm.

- Pay range for this position is $35k-$45k annually depending on experience and + future bonus gates
