Full-time.
No nights. No weekends.
Receive a pay rate of $16.00-$18.00 per hour with the ability to make from $600.00 - $800.00
per week, paid weekly. Use our proven sales process to reach weekly targets.

Benefits & Pay
The pay for this position is $16 -$18 per hour paid weekly.
*Earn paid time off, up to 15 days per year based on the length of service

As a Sales Professional, you will be responsible to:
* Grow and retain customers - Answer phone calls with a smile and book estimates
and cleans for our valued customers. Do this, and we’ll celebrate milestones as
a team and have fun in the process!
* Schedule customers quickly and efficiently! - Close the loop and bring
customers from quotes/estimates over the finish line into scheduled
appointments. Optimize each team's productivity through efficient scheduling.
* Communicate with customers and leads in a friendly, positive, and professional manner - Our
team members love our customers, and you will too! Show them you care about
their home - make a connection and you’ll win!!
* Enhance Customer Satisfaction - Identify and assess customer needs through
managing phone, email, text, and other communication channels. Cheerfully
resolve customer concerns, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives;
follow up to ensure resolution.
* Support Operations - Work with the office group to support daily administration
activities such as recording time worked, processing customer bills, and
responding to inquiries. Occasional use of company cars to pick up or drop off
for maintenance, supplies, etc.

Job Requirements
Minimum requirements to be considered for this position:
*Prior sales, customer service, or office experience
*Legally authorized to work in the United States
*Complete a background check
* You are available to work Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm (as needed, some days will start as early as 7am or end later than 6pm)
*Two professional or academic references from someone in a managerial capacity
*Ability to learn our computer system fluently
*Valid driver's license with 36 months experience
*Need Speak English
