The Role

As a Customer Growth & Field Sales Specialist, you will be at the center of our growth efforts. This role combines inside sales, in-home estimating, customer follow-up, and quality assurance to help grow recurring revenue and ensure customer satisfaction.

You will meet customers in their homes, explain our services, provide estimates, follow up on opportunities, and perform quality checks to ensure we deliver on our promise.

This role is ideal for someone who is confident with people, organized, persuasive, and motivated by results.


What You’ll Do

  • Respond to inbound phone and web leads
  • Schedule and perform in-home cleaning estimates
  • Explain services and convert prospects into recurring customers
  • Follow up on open estimates and past customers
  • Conduct quality checks in customers’ homes after service starts
  • Maintain detailed notes in CRM/scheduling system
  • Work closely with the office and cleaning teams to ensure smooth start-ups
  • Identify opportunities to upsell additional services
  • Support daily operations when needed to ensure excellent customer experience

Who You Are

You’re a strong fit if you have:

  • 1+ years in sales, customer service, hospitality, or field service roles
  • Confidence speaking with customers in person and over the phone
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Ability to ask for the sale and handle objections professionally
  • Reliable transportation and comfort traveling to customer homes
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn scheduling/CRM software
  • A self-starter mindset with a strong work ethic

Compensation & Growth

Base Pay: $14–$17/hour (based on experience)

Bonuses:

  • Performance bonuses for revenue milestones
  • May be eligible for annual performance bonus
  • Opportunity to grow into a leadership or operations role

Expected Earnings: $35,000–$52,000+ with performance
