C.A.R.E Consultant (Customer Acquisition & Retention Expert)

Sales & Customer Experience

Report to: Operations Manager


Overview:

The C.A.R.E. consultant is a hybrid of customer experience and sales role designed to

drive client satisfaction, retention, and long- term loyalty. This position goes beyond

traditional estimating by fostering relationships with new and existing clients to ensure a

seamless, high- touch service journey. The C.A.R.E Consultant is the face of the

company for new clients and the key to turning one-time experience into recurring

revenue.


Key Responsibilities:

Customer Acquisition:

  • Conduct in home estimates for potential customers
  • Present services, answer questions, and create customized service plans.

Onboarding & Initial Quality Oversight:

  • Attends & quality checks all initial cleans
  • Perform Walk- thought with clients to ensure satisfaction and alignment with
  • expectations.
  • Follow up after each of the first five cleans to reinforce a positive experience

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Comfortable with both sales and service
  • Highly Organized with customer- first mindset
  • Willing to be in field and engage directly with clients
  • Thrives in a dynamic, evolving role

estimate- they build relationships that last.


 $20-$23 per hour with a great weekly bonus structure


Job Requirements

Minimum requirements to be considered for this Sales and Estimating position.

•Legally authorized to work in the United States

•Complete a background check 

•Valid Driver’s License

•You are available to work Monday through Friday during the day, 8am to 5pm.
