Step Into a Leadership Role 

Molly Maid of North Albany & Saratoga is seeking a dependable, bilingual professional ready to take ownership of daily operations and quality standards. This is a hands-on leadership role supporting our cleaning teams and ensuring consistent service excellence. This is a temporary position with the possibility of becoming permanent based on performance and organizational needs


Responsibilities 

  • Lead morning team preparation and daily launch. 
  • Translate and communicate customer expectations (English Spanish). 
  • Conduct in-home quality inspections. 
  • Train and coach cleaning team members. 
  • Step in and complete full home cleanings when needed. 
  • Maintain equipment, supply, and vehicle standards. 
  • Support end-of-day paperwork and office closing procedures. 

Requirements 

  • Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal communication required). 
  • Previous residential cleaning experience required. 
  • Strong leadership and communication skills. 
  • Reliable and punctual. 
  • Comfortable performing physical cleaning work. 
  • Able to lift up to 30 lbs. 

Supervisory or team lead experience is highly valued.

Job Requirements 

Minimum requirements to be considered for position.

•Legally authorized to work in the United States

•Prior cleaning and supervisory experience or equivalent experience 

•Valid Driver’s License

•You are available to work Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm.
