Molly Maid of Northwest Dallas County is looking for an experienced, hands-on Bilingual Field Operations Manager to join our growing management team.

This is a people-management and field operations position for someone who knows how to lead frontline employees, coach performance, solve problems, and build a strong team.

Compensation & Benefits

  • $15- $18/hour guaranteed base pay + Bonus and SPIFF
  • Target annual compensation: approximately $52,000
  • High performers can earn approximately $52,000–$60,000 annually by exceeding established performance goals

About the Role

As our Bilingual Field Operations Manager, you will help lead and develop our Home Service Professionals (HSPs) and field teams.

You will work closely with the Operations Manager, Team Leaders, and office staff to make sure our teams are:

  • Properly staffed
  • Properly trained
  • Showing up and prepared for work
  • Meeting our cleaning and customer service standards
  • Working efficiently
  • Supported when problems arise
  • Developing professionally

This is a hands-on leadership position. You will spend time in the field working directly with employees and customers.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Coaching

  • Lead, coach, and develop frontline employees
  • Train and onboard new HSPs and team members
  • Work alongside employees in the field when needed
  • Provide real-time coaching on cleaning quality, productivity, safety, and customer service
  • Set clear expectations and hold employees accountable
  • Recognize and reinforce strong performance
  • Help build a positive, respectful, and team-oriented workplace

Performance & Accountability

  • Monitor employee performance, attendance, productivity, and quality
  • Identify performance issues early and address them consistently
  • Conduct field observations and quality checks
  • Follow established coaching and disciplinary procedures
  • Help Team Leaders become stronger coaches and leaders
  • Track performance metrics and follow up on improvement plans

Recruiting & Staffing

  • Recruit, interview, and help hire HSPs and other frontline employees
  • Participate in hiring events and local recruiting efforts
  • Help ensure the company has enough trained employees to meet customer demand
  • Assist with onboarding and new-hire training
  • Help improve employee retention and engagement

Field Operations

  • Support the daily launch and operation of cleaning teams
  • Help resolve field issues quickly
  • Assist with scheduling and staffing challenges
  • Deliver supplies and equipment when needed
  • Conduct quality inspections
  • Assist with re-cleans and customer recovery situations
  • Help maintain company vehicles, equipment, supplies, and field standards
  • Identify operational problems and recommend solutions

Customer Experience

  • Help ensure every customer receives excellent service
  • Respond to customer concerns professionally
  • Visit customers when an in-person resolution is appropriate
  • Coach HSPs on professional customer communication
  • Look for opportunities to improve customer retention and satisfaction
  • Help identify opportunities to turn one-time customers into recurring customers

Communication & Administration

  • Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking HSPs and English-speaking management and customers
  • Maintain accurate employee and operational records
  • Use Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Review operational data and performance reports
  • Communicate important information between the field and office
  • Follow company policies, safety procedures, and established HR practices

What We're Looking For

Required

  • Fluent English and Spanish
  • At least 5 years of experience directly supervising or managing frontline employees or teams
  • Demonstrated experience coaching employees and managing performance
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to hold employees accountable while maintaining a positive team environment
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver's license
  • Comfortable working in the field and traveling throughout the service area
  • Comfortable using computers, email, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Willingness to work occasional Saturdays when business demand requires it

Important:

We are looking for someone with genuine hands-on people-management experience.

Experience that is primarily limited to recruiting, staffing, HR administration, or scheduling does not replace the required frontline management experience.
