We are seeking a reliable and motivated Customer Service / Sales Representative to join our office team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys customer interaction, staying organized, and supporting daily operations in a service business.

We are looking for a dependable team player who is interested in long-term, stable employment with growth opportunities.

What You’ll Do


Customer Service & Scheduling – Answer phones, assist customers with scheduling, confirm appointments, and ensure all customer preferences are documented.

Customer Relations – Communicate with customers in a friendly, professional manner, respond to concerns, and ensure their satisfaction.

Operational support - Support daily operational tasks and coordination

Team Development – Support, train, and motivate team members to follow processes and exceed customer expectations.

Requirements-

  • Fluent in English & Spanish
  • Willing to go through cleaning training to better understand company services and operations
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Valid GA driver’s license with a good driving record
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Strong phone and communication skills
  • Prior cleaning, Housekeeping, customer service, or operations experience preferred
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Available Monday–Friday, 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM or later
