Prior customer service, management, sales, and cleaning experience or equivalent experience with the ability to learn quickly!

You have proven communication skills with supervisors, employees, and customers and can effectively manage a variety of situations on a day-to-day basis. We’ll teach you everything you need to know about what makes Molly Maid unique including our proven cleaning process, highly trained programs, commercial grade equipment and supplies, and our unique culture. Once you’ve enjoyed training in the Molly Maid process, you’ll provide support to the teams that will deliver exceptional service customers.

Benefits & Pay  

  • Pay range for this position averages $38,000 - $48,000 annually.  This position has a base pay with a performance based bonus directly liked to your performance contribution, business targets, growth, and retention.

As a Molly Maid Manager, you will be responsible for: 

  • Operational tasks - Drive team engagement and follow through on processes to meet set goals.  Optimize schedule efficiency. 
  • Perform marketing and sales - Grow and retain customers by creating connections with strong written and verbal communication skills. Perform estimates and in home visits. 
  • Build our culture and team - Interview, hire, and train individuals to exceed customer expectations and enhance the work environment.  Drive team engagement and morale. 
  • Be a brand ambassador - Respond, resolve, and follow-up with customers, schedule estimates and be ready to jump in where needed.

Job Requirements  

Minimum requirements to be considered for sales, estimating, customer service position include: 

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States 
  • Complete a satisfactory background check  
  • Valid South Carolina driver's license with satisfactory driving record 
  • Available to work Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm with an occasional Saturday 
  • At least 2 years of supervisory or training experience  
  • At least 2 years of direct sales experience  
  • At least 4 years of office management experience including customer service and recruiting
