Prior customer service, office or cleaning experience preferred but not required!

Benefits & Pay

The pay range for this position is $16-$18 and is dependent on your experience. 

* Earn 5 days paid time after a year of employment

* Earn one day of sick time off for every 8 weeks worked

* Earn up to 4% company match for your 401k contributions

The general responsibilities of a CSR include but are not limited to the following:

Administrative Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls utilizing the Molly Maid verbiage script.
  • Maintain a log of all incoming calls.
  • Complete the sales lead control form for all incoming calls from customers.
  • Send out follow-up letters to prospects after estimates.
  • Prepare and complete the team leader schedules in time for teams to pick them up.
  • Check-in all Home Service Professional teams at the end of the day.
  • Prepare the royalty report each week for review by the owner. Keep and file a duplicate copy.
  • Fully operate the customer care and lead management systems.
  • Coordinate and document all communication affecting customers, employees, and suppliers.
  • Assist in the training of new employees.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Answer prospects’ questions on the telephone and secure an appointment for in-home estimates.
  • Telephone contact with customers to follow-up on customer surveys, initial cleans, and complaints.
  • Conduct quality checks on customers’ homes.
  • Perform in-home estimates for prospective customers.
  • Fill in for absent home service professionals by cleaning homes.
