Prior customer service, sales or management experience preferred!

Benefits & Pay
The pay range for this position depends on your experience, leadership, professionalism, communication, decision making and ability to master our sales process and convert consumer leads to sales.
- Starting at $16.50 to $22.00 (based on your experience)
- Incentives/Bonuses based on continuous Sales and Revenue growth

Basic Requirements
Minimum requirements to be considered for this position include:
- Bilingual in English & Spanish is a must
- Proficient basics of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
- Effective listener and communicator
- Excellent Leadership abilities
- Able to work Monday through Friday during the day, within a range of 0700 to 1700, Only an 8-hour shift.
> Training will require your availability to work various shifts for a couple of weeks:
^ 0700 - 1530 (opening);
^ 0730 - 1600 (morning launch);
^ 0830 - 1700 (Closing):
^ A final shift is designated once training is complete.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Complete a background check
- Valid Driver’s License and able to drive
Job Responsibilities
As Assistant Office/Operation Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Learning the entire business process from A-M (Owner does N-Z)
- Understanding weekly, monthly & annual sales reports
- Provide quality customer service via phone/email/texts
- Procurement of equipment & products
- Performing occasional in-home consumer estimates, quotes and follow-up
- Managing vehicle maintenance
- Performing office tidiness functions
- Partial supervision over our Home Service Professional employees
- Effective communication with sales, operations team & owner
- Excellent writing skills to be used in communicating with the owner, customers and employees
