**** Quality Manager ****

Job Description

The Quality Manager will be responsible for the successful training of cleaning staff and assurance of quality cleaning of our clients homes. You will be responsible for ensuring quality service to our clients through good customer service, employee training and in field assessments.

While we will teach you our cleaning model, so no previous cleaning experience is necessary, the Quality Manager should have at least one year training or managing employees.

 The Quality Manager should also have a positive upbeat attitude, present themselves professionally, a clear speaking voice, a valid clean MD drivers license as the position requires you to drive (our vehicle) around our territory consisting of Frederick and Howard counties, and enjoy working with people.

 Being bilingual (Spanish and English) is a plus.

 This position has great potential for advancement.

 Pay $14-$17/hr per qualifications and experience.
