Mr. Handyman & Molly Maid

We are seeking a Part-time person to perform various office duties at our office in Frederick. - 5836 Urbana Pike, Frederick, MD

Needed 20 hrs week - Monday thru Friday  10:00 - 2:00

Duties will include:

Various Administrative tasks -Front desk greeting visitors, prepare marketing materials, data entry.

Scanning documents

Laundering rags

Backup on phones for both companies  

Tracking receipts on Excel spreadsheets

Running errands

Manage cleaning supply inventory

Maintain office appearance - empty trash cans, sweep floor, etc.

Skills / Requirements


Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel 
Able to pass a background screening
Able to pass a drug and alcohol screening
Good driving record

Bilingual (English & Spanish) is a plus
