Molly Maid of Southwest Dallas County seeks a versatile candidate to assist in managing day-to day customer relationships and employees. We're interviewing for a hands on Operations manager. You'll work alongside your staff to equip them to succeed. The position includes a variety of duties but not limited to: recruiting, training, coaching, encouraging, and quality control while monitoring and tracking employee attendance, vacation hours, and vehicle programming. Position reports directly to the owner. The position is full time, Monday-Friday (generally 8:00AM-5:00PM), and requires problem-solving and working independently in a VERY FAST-PACED/HIGH-VOLUME SALES AND SERVICE ENVIRONMENT.
