OFFICE MANAGER (Bilingual English/Spanish Required)

Job Description


We are looking for a mature, highly organized, and friendly person with the "can do" attitude that is essential to small business. The position leans heavily upon written Spanish/English translation; you must be able to speak, read, and write both languages and your ability to manage this competently will be tested, as part of the interview process. You will not be able to "get by" with just a passing knowledge of Spanish.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bondable and able to pass background check

Bilingual English/Spanish (read/write/speak)

Basic computer skills and competency with Microsoft Office

Driver license at least two years (with good driving record)

Exceptional attendance and timeliness

Exceptional attention to detail

Ability to remain focused and productive without supervision

Ability to prioritize in an environment with competing demands

Ability to provide exceptional customer service

Professional Image and ability to carry authority


Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree

A "people person" who enjoys working with others

Supervisory experience

Familiarity with social networking sites
