Job Description

Requirements:

Customer service experience a must. Ability to multi-task, priorities and manage time effectively. Familiar with computers and typing skills. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening. Must be Bi-lingual. 

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage incoming calls
  2. Identifying and assessing customers needs to achieve satisfaction
  3. Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
  4. Recording details of inquiries,complaints, and comments as well as actions taken.

Will be working Monday thru Friday and the hours will be 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.
