Job Description

 Molly Maid of Staten Island seeks a Bilingual English/Spanish versatile candidate to assist in day-to-day operations. Primary responsibilities include telephone sales (not cold-calling), telephone customer service, customer appointment scheduling, data entry , customer account reconciliation, general office duties. The position can start as part time and grow to full time, Monday-Friday (generally 8:00AM-5:00PM), ocassionally a Saturday, and requires problem-solving and being able to work independently

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & PREFERENCES

  • Direct and successful experience in telephone sales and/or telephone customer service
  • Proven record of success in dealing with customers 
  • Bookeeping backgroung helpful
  • Pleasant and professional telephone voice
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented able to multi task
  • Exceptional interpersonal, persuasion, and articulation skills—for communicating effectively with a diversity of customers and employees
  • Excellent typing, grammar and composition skills
  • Computer literate—to include WORD, EXCEL, and scheduling. Quick books very beneficial.
  • Ability to focus on sales objectives—and achieve desired results 
  • Self-directed individual who is analytical, with initiative and problem-solving skills
  • Possess the willingness and ability to pitch-in with whatever is needed to get the job done for customers and employees.
