Job Description

We are Molly Maid, a nationally franchised industry leader in house cleaning. We have cleaning more than 25 million hours in the past 30 years.  . Candidate must be fully Bilingual English/Spanish. We’re interviewing for an experienced CSR. The position requires basic skills in phone and sales skills, customer satisfaction resolution, scheduling, and data entry.

You will have a variety of duties, such as, but not limited to:

  • Manage incoming calls via phone, email and other communication channels
  • Identify and assess consumer and customer needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Generate sales leads
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers’ through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the company methods/tools
  • Resolve customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives; follow up to ensure resolution. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Passionate about taking the extra mile to engage customers
  • Possess above average ability to multi-task while maintaining integrity and quality of service to our customers


To be considered for the position:

  • Bi-lingual in English & Spanish required
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience with one company
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a CSR
  • Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Proficient with computers and standard software packages (Word, Excel)
  • Valid driver license
