We have an immediate opening for a Customer Service Representative (Bilingual).

We are a top-rated service company and looking for a mature, energized and self-motivated person to join our growth focused team!

This is a full time position.

Primary duties include

  • Supervise (includes hiring & firing) House Cleaning Staff
  • Training Staff and Quality Control
  • Phone Sales - acquiring new customers.
  • Customer Service - helping existing customers with requests
  • Daily scheduling of appointments
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Office organization and administration
  • some driving to customer locations may be necessary
  • and assisting management with various projects.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Must be Fluent in both Spanish and English
  • Good phone skills and at least 3 years of customer service experience.
  • At least 1 years of direct supervisor or management experience.
  • Excellent Organizational skills -- strong multi-tasking
  • Experience in residential or commercial cleaning is a plus.
  • Computer Experience with Word, Excel, will train on 3rd party applications
  • Office manager experience is a plus..
  • Excellent and positive communication skills - oral and written
