Client Support / Personnel Manager
Molly Maid is a residential cleaning franchise that has been providing house cleaning service in the Upstate for over 20 years. We are currently seeking a motivated, energetic, hard-working, and fun individual to fill a specific role.
This position is responsible for selling and ensuring Molly Maid housecleaning services by phone, in-home visits, and through management and workflow of multiple teams of house cleaning professionals. This position requires the ability to work in a team environment and autonomously. The pay for this position is based on a combination of fixed and variable pay. It is a performance based position where the average pay in the first year runs between $25,000 - $32,000 a year.
This position requires a rotating schedule as outlined below as well as occasional coverage for when the Office Manager has time off. Overtime is as needed and approved by the Office Manager.
Week 1: Monday through Friday 7:30am – 4:30pm with 1 hour lunch
Week 2: Monday and Friday 7:30am – 4:30pm with 1 hour lunch
Tuesday and Thursday 7:30am – 6:30pm with 1 hour lunch*
Wednesday 7:30am – 11:30am no lunch break
*Note: If no estimates scheduled, may depart at 4:30pm
Saturday – two Saturdays a year and possible weather event days
Please note- Molly Maid is a house cleaning company. While this position is not a day-to-day cleaning role, it will require proficiency and the physical ability to perform house cleaning duties. Individuals who are self-motivated, reliable, friendly, and professional will enjoy and perform well in this leadership and sales position.
Pay: $25,000 to $32,000/year
