Bilingual Training and Field Supervisor

Job Description

We are a successful, customer-focused company in the service industry and we are experiencing rapid growth. We're interviewing for a full-time, hands-on training supervisor. You'll work alongside our teams to equip them for success. This position includes training, coaching, encouraging, and quality checking the activities of your team to follow the model in ensuring clean, orderly, and attractive client homes. 

You will have a variety of duties including but not limited to:

  • training, coaching, quality control and field inspections
  • organizing weekly meetings
  • leading teams to greater success week after week
  • office tasks

To be considered for the position you should have:

  • bilingual Spanish and English fluency
  • 3 years management and training experience within one company
  • high level leadership intelligence
  • strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
  • customer service experience with the proven ability to listen to and resolve customer complaints
  • driver's license
